Overview
We offer three types of annual memberships:
· Single
· Couple
· Sustaining
“Single” and “Couple” memberships grant member voting rights to a single adult or adult couple, respectively. A “sustaining” membership grants member voting rights to a single adult or adult couple and shows your support for sustaining the future of the synagogue. In addition to voting rights, memberships receive a guarantee of seat(s) at High Holy Day services.
Dependents are invited to attend all services and activities that are open to members, and dependents are granted seat(s) at High Holy Day services at no charge. Dependents do not receive member voting rights.
For the fiscal year starting August 1, 2024, and ending July 31, 2024, the membership dues are $600 / $1000 / $1400 for single / couple / sustaining members per year. No one will be denied membership for financial reasons. If you need financial assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to Mort Klaus ([email protected]) or Michael Auerbach ([email protected]).
Your data will be stored on MailChimp, our software for emailing congregation announcements. We retain this information in order to contact members, execute congregation e-mailings, and publish a directory of congregation members (for those that opt in). Distribution of the directory is limited to congregants. You may limit the information that you want published in the directory via the questions at the end of this form.

Guidance for Completion
We arbitrarily refer to the first member as the “primary” member and the second member as the “partner”.
· For new single members, please enter the information requested for the "primary member" only.
· For new couple members, please enter the information requested for both the "primary member" and the "partner".
· For renewing members, please enter the email address and name of the "primary member" plus any other information that has changed. There is no need to re-enter any other information that has not changed.
· Note: There are two cases where MailChimp cannot handle revisions and you must contact our website administrator at [email protected]:
· If you change your email address.
· If you want to remove information
(i.e., return a field to empty).
Certain fields are required to match up to our records:
- Primary member email address
- Primary member first name
- Primary member last name
- Application type (new vs. renewal)
Upon completion of the application form, please click on the "Submit" button. After successful submission of the application form, please click on the "Membership Payment" button below, and you will then be forwarded to a page to record or make your membership payment.
